. . . Something insane has been pressing on the membrain of birth in two previous threads: Taanit 5b in the Medieval Imagination, and Shoa of the Yid of God. I feel the water's broke and the offspring of the intestines of the brain is at the door. The offspring צאצאי of those threads will be mixed with the issue צפעות in this in order to exemplify the intense visionary afflatus of Professor Elliot R. Wolfson as found most concisely in the concluding pages of his seminal work, Through a Speculum That Shines: Vision and Imagination In Medieval Jewish Imagination.

In this thread, would you still like comments and questions to be posted as they arise? I'm tempted to wait and listen carefully before responding allowing your thoughts to be unchallenged until the end. OTOH, if the past two threads have been productive, why change the process?

I always like comments and questions and dialogue. I soliloquize too often as it is. :D
