The "tares" would be defined in Matthew 13:41 & 49 as the "wicked"/sinners, those "who commit lawlessness", which would be the followers of the false prophet Paul, and his "twinkling of an eye theology", which is the theology of the serpent, in that "you surely shall not die" if you break God's commandments. "Pre-tribber" are simply followers of the serpent's message, which is the message of the "covenant with death" (Isaiah 28:15-18), whereas they think they will escape the coming "overwhelming scourge" (Isaiah 28:15). That "pact with Sheol shall not stand" (Isaiah 28:18).

With respect to the "end of the age", the "great tribulation", Har-Magedon, the valley of judgment (Joel 3:2), it is the nations, which are "crushed", (Daniel 2:35). Those on Mount Zion will "escape"/"survive" (Joel 2:31-32). The nations surrounding Israel will be struck down with a "plague" (Zechariah 14:12). In 70 A.D., Titus and his army defeated the Jews and walked away.

Really? All those countries fought with Titus to destroy Jerusalem and the Temple. God was punishing Israel for chasing after false gods, crucifying Jesus and playing the harlot.

God was putting Judah, the Jews, through judgment (Hosea 5), just as he put Israel, Ephraim, through judgment for harlotry (Hosea 5:3). The valley of judgment (Joel 3:2) is about putting the "nations" through judgment for the way they treated "My inheritance, Israel".... "and sold a girl for wine" (Joel 3:3), and "traded a boy for a harlot".

You seem to miss the meaning of the prayer taught by Yeshua. "Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven". The "kingdom" must come to earth. (Matthew 6:10). That hasn't happened. The Roman "Christians" believe that the pope is Christ on earth, and her harlot daughters think Paul's appointees are Christ representatives on earth. And apparently, you think Paul is reigning from heaven (Revelation 20:4) None of them do "Thy will" on earth, nor does Paul reign from heaven. The "shepherds" pretty much only eat the "fat" of the sheep, and cloth themselves with the wool, and are looking to be judged (Ezekiel 34:1-3 & 17). That day of judgment for the "shepherds"/goats and the sheep has not come. The new shepherd will be king David, and the judge will be the "Lord God" (Ezekiel 34:20-23).

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven doesn't mean an earthly kingdom.. That would contradict what Jesus said repeatedly.

No Catholics don't believe the Pope is Jesus.

The harlot is Israel not Rome.. (too much Scofield)

Hosea is NOT about Jesus.. which is perfectly clear. You just can't torture scripture to fit your church doctrine and your hatred for Peter, Paul and the Catholic church.

This claim is tommyrot.. Charlatans playing with scripture.

The Bible identifies the beast as Nero or his successors..

Barak was an old Testament Jewish general under Deborah.

Not "Jesus", but the vicar/viceregent of Christ.

“We hold upon this earth the place of God Almighty” Pope Leo XIII Encyclical Letter, June 20, 1894.

The title, 'Lord God the Pope,' is found within a gloss of Extravagantes of Pope John XXII, title 14, chapter 4

The Pope is Jesus Christ on earth. In a Paris edition, they are found in column 140. Roman Catholic Canon Law stipulates through Pope Innocent III that the Roman pontiff is "the vicegerent upon earth, not a mere man, but of a very God;" and in a gloss on the passage it is explained that this is because he is the vicegerent of Christ,

Others can be as wrong as the fundamentalists .. Nutty ideas surface everywhere from time to time.

In Islam numerous verses in the Quran state that Allah has appointed man as His vice-regent on earth and, as such, one of the duties specifically enjoined on the believer is to preserve His habitat and protect the environment from abuse.

A "vice regent" is just a deputy to the regent.. It entails leadership and responsibility.

Nero was one of many "successors" of Julius Caesar, and held the position of Augustus Caesar, and his authority came from Caesar, and Caesar's authority came from the dragon (Revelation 13:4) Nero was a nobody, and the Augustus Caesar who followed him, Galba, was also a nobody who served for several months. As for the "beast with two horns like a lamb", he was not part of the 10 horns of Caesar, but "another" following beast (Revelation 13:11).

The "house of Israel" (Ezekiel 36:17) is "scattered among the nations" (Ezekiel 36:19). . Judah, the Jews, the "harlot" of Revelation 17:16, will be hated, persecuted, and burned up with fire by the 10 horns of the 8th head of the beast, such as was done by Hitler. She is just one of many "harlot" daughters of Babylon, the Roman church being a preeminent harlot daughter of Babylon.

The "nutty ideas" seem to come from the church and its leadership. Per Pope John XXIII, he is the "door of the sheep", and "no man may enter unless he be led by the Sovereign Pontiff. Keep in mind, the position of Pontiff, came from the pagan high priests, through Julius Caesar, the first emperor to take that position.

The title, 'Lord God the Pope,' is found within a gloss of Extravagantes of Pope John XXII, title 14, chapter 4

“The Saviour Himself is the door of the sheepfold: 'I am the door of the sheep.' Into this fold of Jesus Christ, no man may enter unless he be led by the Sovereign Pontiff; and only if they be united to him can men be saved, for the Roman Pontiff is the Vicar of Christ and His personal representative on earth.” (Pope John XXIII in his homily to the Bishops and faithful assisting at his coronation on November 4, 1958)

Hosea 5 is about "Judah", and "Ephraim" (the house of Israel). After Judah and Ephraim are joined per (Ezekiel 37), they will become the sanctuary/tabernacle of the "LORD" (Ezekiel 37:28) "forever". That will happen after 2 days/2000 years, on the third day (Hosea 6:2). As for the pope, the guy who claims to be a successor to Peter, who has the keys of the "house of David" (Isaiah 22:22), he will "fall" "in that day", and all hanging onto him, will be "cut off" (Isaiah 22:25).

There was no church at the time of Ezekiel nor were there any drunkards of Ephraim.. There were no Christian elders because there were no Christians. Do you really think to can turn every old Testament verse into a hatefest against the Catholic Church?

Scripture tells us in no uncertain terms that the whore of Babylon is Israel. Where do you get the authority to change scripture?

As apparently "scripture" is whatever comes out of you keypad, who can change that. One can only point out the flaws incorporated into your traditions of men. Ephraim, stands for the "house of Israel", and they are "scattered among the nations" (Ezekiel 36:17 & 19). And you will no doubt find "drunkards" among them to this day. The "Old Testament" is about the judgments against Judah and the house of Israel, and the overall final judgment of the "awesome day of the LORD" (Joel 2:31-32), which incudes the judgment of the nations, which includes the judgment of the goats and sheep, and the judgment of the kingdoms of Daniel 2:35. According to Daniel 2:35, Persia/Teman/Iran, has yet to be crushed (Jeremiah 49:34-39). Apparently, with the Israeli election today, with containment of Iran being the main issue, I would surmise that something is going to happen fairly soon, with respect to the crushing of Teman, and the Iranian nuclear facilities. Your KSA would probably be complicit with any crushing of the Iranian nuclear facilities. It would be in the interest of their national security.

Elam was a pre-Iranian civilization. The Bible says nothing at all about Iran or Arabia. The Greeks defeated Persia in 490 BC.. Is that what you are talking about?????

    @ 2ndpillar

Jeremiah was a prophet in the southern kingdom (Judah) during the last forty years of its existence (627-586 b.c.). He lived through the period of the disintegration of the kingdom, witnessed the destruction of Jerusalem and the Temple, and spent the remaining years of his life in Egypt.

He was long dead before the Greeks conquered the Persians.

Elam is the geographical location of the Iranian missile test site, and is referenced in the term of "I am going to break the bow of Elam" (Jeremiah 49:35), which is to say, the missiles of Iran, will be neutralized. "And then I will set My throne in Elam". Persia was defeated by the Greeks, but per Daniel 2:44-45, Persia and all the other kingdoms will be defeated by the "stone cut out of the mountain without hands" (Daniel 2:45), all "at the same time" (Daniel 2:35). The kingdoms include the ones of iron, bronze, clay, silver and gold. The kingdom of clay follows the kingdom of iron, and was not reigning at the time of your Nero.

Jeremiah was a prophet. He was the conduit for the prophesies of God. He lived at the time when the Babylonians destroyed the Temple, yet was speaking about a future time, as he stated, "the last days" (Jeremiah 49:39), which is now.

Jeremiah lived from about 627 to 580 BC, a crucial period in the history of Judah, the Southern Kingdom. Except for a brief period of independence under Josiah, Judah existed as a vassal under Assyria, Egypt and Babylon. He began writing during the thirteenth year of Josiah's reign (Jer. 1:2, 25:3).

Your beliefs are very strange.. You seem to think every verse in the Bible is about Jesus or foretelling the destruction of the earth. How terrible.

No matter how obscure Isaiah 21 now you're claiming he's talking about Saudi Arabia and Iran... Its a prophesy against Babylon which was in fact getting along with Edom at the time.
