Who needs to show off to little people?
Smart people dont show off.
But if you come to Hong Kong, I will buy
you a noodle if you like.

Show offs with money handed to them?
See lottery winners for how that turns out.
One noodle?
I want a whole bowl full !!!!

Those are not a new thing, they have
been around for a year or more.

They actually make a lot of sense, if you
have terrific legs. :D

Nope, sorry, still think Thong Jeans are stupid and those who pay $168 for them also should have their intelligence/sanity questioned vigorously and often. But then I think the same about those who buy torn jeans and most Scottish Groundskeepers who apply genders to their vans and furniture
:)

Oh for sure I agree.
Even if two hundred dollars is
a tip for the hairdresser.
Just saying what their use is.

But surely you do not question the sanity of a haggis chomper

That's poor folk talk.
When you're rich....really really rich...& it was handed to you,
the way to show it off is to waste it conspicuously. Then we,
the little people, will look on with great envy.
I remember reading some rueful humour from a Saudi minister, in the 80s when the oil price crashed, saying, "A Saudi will need to learn not to throw away his Mercedes because the ashtray is full." ;)

And since you asked, Mr Van & Mr Glerc are doing well.

I most certainly do question the sanity of haggis chomper...or any haggis chomper for that matter

Sorry ah, as noted earlier, I would not wear
such things even if I were dead.
But you could post a photo of yourself
modelling? That would shut down the thread!
I've no training in modeling.
And I'd have to sober up just to be able to walk the runway.

That's cuz you're low class.
I recommend an experiment....
Be a multi-millionaire due to easily inherited wealth for a year.
Try that perspective on for size.
I think I'd probably still see dumb and overpriced stuff that is still only clothing, and still not get all the pompous rituals over it all.

Still, it would be potentially enlightening for
you to experience being fabulously wealthy.
