I think I wanted one once... when I was like seven.

This is too silly for me to really be mad about it, but really....
1. Obama does not have a afro.
2. It doesn't even look like him.... at all.
3. No president of the United States should be a "pet."

Honestly, I think there are racist undertones. I don't recall any other president being made into a chia pet. (If there have been, then I retract that assertion.) That said, I think it's SOOooo ridiculous that, yes, it is very funny. :D

The only potential racial attribute I could infer from an Obama chia is that he could have a fro even though he doesn't wear his hair like that now. Is that really racist?

I feel that I must buy that for somebody. I just don't know who.

Maybe the problem with the Chia was that it wasn't sufficiently tasteless.
