I do between 6 and 10km walking a day when the weather is decent. I feel better for it and sleep well

When its its too cold (below freezing) or very wet i do the same distance on an exercise bike.

I used to jog early mornings 7am the earliest depending on weather and if I worked. Did it for a year. It's been raining/snowing and good day off and on lately. I have to go in the afternoons now cause I have an condition that I can't walk. Always in the mornings.

Im getting lazy now. You should see my stomach.
