Right before our eyes, the outlandish President Trump is waking up the world, and this is exactly the way it was meant to be!

I use a different metaphor to say pretty much the same thing.

The experience of Richard Nixon's Watergate ending in his resignation was like a laxative for a constipated nation. Every journalist after that time wanted to be another Bob Woodward or Carl Bernstein ferreting out corruption.

In similar fashion, I think Trump will act as a laxative for the USA.

Im not to keen on human business being so intimately linked with the intents, funtions, and purposes of the universe. The universe looks at Trump as we would look at a microbe, only though, as being very significantly far less than that. Germs can effect us. Trump will have no influence or impact on the universe. Because the universe didn't exist to serve us. It most definitely is not doing a damn thing in regards to Trump.

Trump isn’t President because ‘the universe’ wants to save us. He is President because literacy, logic and empathy are sinking to medieval lows.
Don’t expect better.
Literacy in Texas fell to its lowest level in 150 years under Bush when he was governor. I don’t know the current figure, but a democracy relies on an educated population to select the best leaders.
