Are all the sacred mountains of myth just a symbol for mankind; upon, within, which the divine rests?

Does the Spirit move mountains?

Joel 2:1
[ The Day of the Lord ] Blow a trumpet in Zion; sound an alarm on my holy mountain! Let all the inhabitants of the land tremble, for the day of the Lord is coming; it is near,

7 then the Lord God formed the man of dust from the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living creature.

Mountains are a symblol for the pyramid of spirituality, the hierarchy with a 'priestly elite' of seers at the top, and the masses below. Note Moses met God on the top of the mountain, not in subterrania.

Social organisation is probably archetypal,, in that patterns are coded in the depths of our mind, and likewise sacerd geometry is archetypal, in that we instinctively rasp something of the "meaning" of shapes.

The sacred mountain appeals to the psyche as a union of the two.
