Jesus established or inaugurated the "kingdom of God" when on earth hence "the Gospel of the Kingdom of Heaven". The kingdom of Jesus was the spiritual fellowship of believers in the Father. However, it became somewhat murky and replaced by the institutional church with all of its divisions. Eventually the original Gospel of the Kingdom will subdue the world and lead to the age of Light and Life.

I think so. Everyone who keeps Jesus as his king is part of the kingdom.
