Short of some unimaginable constitutional amendment, there is no legal method to outlaw “political parties,” as such are among the associational rights guaranteed in the First Amendment.

To even try to define the term “political party” (e.g., for purposes of a constitutional amendment) would be quite difficult. Are the NAACP, the KKK, LULAC, NOW, or the various “right to life” organizations “political parties”? If not, what distinguishes them from political parties?

Political party, a group of persons organized to acquire and exercise political power.

political party

A political party is a group of people who come together to contest elections and hold power in the government. The party agrees on some proposed policies and programmes, with a view to promoting the collective good or furthering their supporters' interests.

the KKK use to hold major power in the democratic party. however, i don't see KKK governor or running for Congress. i see it as a political party when there sole goal is to infest the government with its member's

Your idea of what a political party is obviously doesn't resemble any definition of "political party". Perhaps you should consider adopting a less outrageous idea of what a political party is.

In any case, there isn't a snowball's chance in hell that there will ever be a Constitituional amendment where that particular associational right is prohibited. There simply is no coherent way to state any such amendment.

they simply play power game's they care not the fate of this country or its people. otherwise, they would run it differently. they would make true their political promises. though it does not matter if we get rid of them or not. the country will naturally destroy them by means of Civil War. or the emergence of a third party to break the monopoly. really it would be fine if it simply broke the monopoly. only one founding father recommended a party system and he recommended 7 as so no one could hold to much power

the book definition of political party is

political-party
Noun
(plural political parties)

  1. A political organization that subscribes to a certain ideology and seeks to attain political power through representation in government.

and seeks to attain political power

not represent the people in the best possible way or do what is inherently needed or good. simply to follow their own ideology and secure power for their party.

My recommendation is that you try to get over your anger toward "political parties," since they're not going away.

Crazy ideas. What does a political party do when it is the only political party? Why and how would there even be only one political party?

it's not a political party if there is only one. its the government. also how? well, when a party takes absolute control of government by having more members about 80% of the population or a large amount no other party could ever get in office.

It just gets crazier. So you envision a future where 80% of Americans agree on all political issues?

oh, they will probably all be wrong. but I like unlike most a little thing called progress. we cant get anything done if every 4 years the opposite team gets in and dismantles everything. that's not progression and it's fully proven by how countries like China or Russia are getting ahead if not already ahead of us while we screw around.

Why would anyone believe that the divides among people's political opinions and perspectives in the future will be a complete and total break with the past?

Have you done any scholarly reading on the topic here?

divides among people that run as deep as we are going through are not good for one's nation. it leads to civil war. the civil war started 20 years before the first gunshot. it was caused not by purely slavery as some would proclaim but a large difference in ideals. culture. and belief.
discourse is good but constant discourse that gets us nowhere is not.

I have no idea what any of that is supposed to mean. If you have any assertions that are worthy of asserting, then use complete sentences.

You didn't answer my question about whether you have done any scholarly reading on the topic here. The answer seems to be obvious. You should try it sometime. It will blow your mind.

Correct, as long as you understand that conservatives founded the DemoKKKrat party and not progressives.
