I believe the question is; Do you believe the members of the governing body are the only ones God is directing for salvation. Do Jehovah's witnesses believe there are other individuals not of the governing body with whom God communicates? Or perhaps God is directing silently.
Are the members of the governing body of Jehovah's witnesses the only humans who can know what The Word means? All of it, not just the "make disciples" part.
God directs all his true servants. It's just that the body has different parts with different functions. Governing body is appointed for a special assignment, which is the distribution of spiritual food to Jesus' sheep. And I want to emphasize this distribution of spiritual food (knowledge) part.
The problem with some religious organizations is that their leaders are not
very interested in really teaching the truth to their members. If you take some of their own encyclopedias or dictionaries published by these organizations and compare certain things to their actual teachings you notice that they know what is the truth, but they don't teach it, because they favor the traditions of men over the truth of God's Word.
So it's not just a question of who knows the truth, it's also a question of who shares that truth with others.
