Of course I know I am going to be asked some pertinent questions. I have been asked these questions over and over again. I also know the difference between the definitions of believe and know, although there is some overlap
Knowing the difference between the definitions, does not mean that you know the difference between the concepts. You rely far too much on the dictionary.
Believing that you have found the one true God
is the same as
Knowing that you have found the one true God.

Tb, your critical thinking ability is growing weaker and weaker.

Believing that something is true, does not always make what you believe true.

No. You miss the point. The ? does not pertain to the statement. If it did, it would have been placed directly after the 'true'.
The ? asks if you agree. Do you?
Yes I agree, but I would take it a step further and say:
Believing that something is true, does not ever make what you believe true.
