The Gap Theory debunked

PAUL MARKHAM

The ME Bronze Age and even late Stone age storytellers had no clue of what was happening in the rest of the world. What had happened millions of years before them, how the Earth and all the species had evolved.

So made the stories about what they thought happened.

By the time the priests were compiling the OT in Babylon knowledge of what had happened millions of years before were mainly unknown. So they took what they knew, what they thought fitted their stories from other legends, myths and made the OT.

That's because they didn't talk to and/or record what the Neanderthals were telling them, so we are missing that part of the pre-history.

Or maybe they just forgot to bring batteries for their tape recorders, then could not remember all that the Neanderthals grunted about what really happened.

Neanderthals could speak like modern humans, study suggests

Well, let's consider their free floating hyoid bone. Not to mention being just as intelligent as the modern human (homo sapiens) at the time, of which we frequently interbred with. Why couldn't they speak? Humans were talking long before written word.

That's the problem with making jokes, some people won't "get" them.

Sorry if my attempt at humor upset you.
