Should people who are dangerous 51/50's be registered like sex offenders?

True. But California, specifically, has a huge homeless problem. More than anywhere else in the country.

...I wish property values would decrease substantially, so that these people would at least be off the streets and somewhere else.

Surely there must be something we could do.

Yeah and many drugs open people up to demons; especially meth.

If by "demon possessed" you mean mentally ill.

No, but he clearly is mentally ill. We can agree on that. Probably high on meth or some other drug.

I fail to see what that video has to do with 51/50s. People with mental illness are actually less violent than the general population and more likely to be victims of violent crime. This is just perpetuating a stigma.

Trying to kill someone isn't a mental illness.

There's nothing wrong with accepting evil as a factor of life. Right?

If you want to be lazy and ignore sociological and psychological factors that influence people's behavior, sure.

I say take the evil guy who pushed the innocent man in front of the truck and push him rather under it and see how he likes it done to him.

If we want to decrease incentive to commit crime, then we must up the severity of punishment to the crime.
