The Democrats Created The KKK

Curious George

Back to the dixiecrat to Republican LIE again I see.

There was no party switch.

You want to know how many became Republicans?

I'll tell you, only three people went over to the Republicans. And I'll even give you the names.....

Strom Thurmond

Jesse Helms

Mills E. Godwin, Jr.
Is there a reason why you quoted my post?

It's true but the Dems haven't changed. They changed the chains and whips the use to enslave now is all.

Do you live in a parallel universe where the Southern Strategy didn't happen, or do you know what took place and just don't care about facts?

I'm guessing you don't live in the People's Republic of New York or the People's Republic of California.

Both have the distinction of being the least in terms of Economic and personal Liberties and Freedoms.

Besides , the KKK is completely Southern. Except maybe with an exception to the state of Maine. Yea. There was slavery in the north as well.

Fact:

The original Klan was loosely affiliated with Democrats; the second Klan of the 1920s (at its peak strength) was allied with both parties in different parts of the country; while the modern Klan of David Duke’s era has leaned to the GOP.

There was this guy on Fox News saying
The KKK was founded by a Democrat, had only Democrat followers, was endorsed by Democrats, and sent their members to congress as Democrats.
First, it's important to note that, yes, the Democrats were indeed the party of slavery and, in the early 20th century, the party of segregation, too. But correct me if I’m wrong, didn’t the parties switch and the republicans of today resemble the democrats of the past and the democrats today resemble the republicans of past?

What would it matter who the KKK was founded by? Oh, I see, trying to demonize the conservatives of today as being KKK.

That's interesting. Why should that be a bad thing?

So much ignorance in your statement. Do you know your history? I doubt it.

Before going on I need to ask the mods if I am allowed to post in this area?

Southern Strategy has been debunked.

I just don't fall for your "alternative facts".

You said it yourself. You were involved in a similar discussion and got removed lol geez I wonder why

Well, I was just wanting to be sure that I was allowed to post here. Hate to go to all that trouble for nothing.

In other words, I am wiling to discuss it with you. But not if later all I have said is removed. But it sounds as if you don't want to discuss it. You certainly are biased in your opinion, which is no problem with me. But I would think you should be willing to talk about it.

Don't you?

I saw the posts you made in the Socialist DIR before they were deleted. They were pretty disgusting.

I didn't think so. But then, neither you or I can prove it one way or the other. I find a lot of posts from others I read as 'disgusting' but I am willing to engage anyway.

Are you?

I am fairly new here. I would like to know that I can post here and not have my posts removed. If I am allowed, are you wiling to discuss it?

I know what I saw and can even quote one of them. If I have to, I'll take screenshots next time. It'll come out again, I'm sure.

Yeah, you're allowed to post here. Maybe you should read the rules: RF Rules

By all means quote them, but reproduce them so that I know the quote is correct. I didn't write them because I thought I was wrong.

Well, I didn't think I was in the DIR area. I was in the political area. And the reply button was present. No matter. You say I can post here...OK.

So, you said I believe in the backwardness of the Confederate flag? How so? In other words, what makes the Confederate flag backwards?

I have nothing to prove to you.

What makes the Nazi flag backwards?
