The Book of Mormon and Aliens

If I have argued for aliens in the Bible, shouldn’t I be able to argue for them in the Book of Mormon? Well you can look up these verses for free at scriptures.lds.org.

The Book of Mormon is a book from the dead, something that the author could know when Joseph Smith couldn’t know that we could know now, and here is additional proof.

I haven’t read through the Book of Mormon in a long time, but I will cover UFOs, aliens, allusions and nuclear weapons in the Book of Mormon now. Please do not be offended if you know of alternate explanations for these verses. The Book of Mormon must have been cohesive then and now:

UFOs:
1 Nephi 1:6 – Even if the Book of Mormon somehow came about in the 70s, we didn’t know that a rocket could land on a rock. This shocked Lehi a great amount. The pillar of fire might be not describing the actual rocket because it was too sacred.

Note that there is a similar verse in the Bible to what happens next:

Genesis 28:12 – note the ladder, as in a UFO’s staircase.

Mosiah 27:11 – A cloud is often a UFO in the Bible.

Alma 31:12 – They climbed a ladder to get to a special hidden place. This is like climbing a UFO staircase to get into a UFO, one way or another.

Helaman 5:23-24 – An apparent UFO saving people from prison.

3 Nephi :17-42, 19:13-15

Ether 2 – This chapter says the most about God’s true nature if you are ready for it.

Aliens: 1 Ne 3:28-29 – angels could be aliens. Joseph Smith said that they did not have wings,

Alma 31:12 – yet they could go through the air with technology.

Alma 5:48 – angels keep coming out of the sky.

3 Nephi :17-42, 19:13-15

Ether 2 – This chapter says the most about God’s true nature if you are ready for it.

Allusions: Leaving Jerusalem is symbolic to modern readers of leaving earth for Mars. Jerusalem after all is God’s capital of earth.

1 Nephi 6:3 – he does not want to give a full account. It would overcome the early Book of Mormon reading with things for our time.

1 Nephi 6:5 – According to Rael “Elohim” in the Bible means “Those who came from the sky.” “Those who are not of the world” could be a translation of this into Egyptian.

There are lots of allusions that you would have to know a lot about both religions to see.

Nukes:

3 Nephi 26:3

Mormon 9:2

I could also do Aliens and the Doctrine & Covenants, but this is private to Mormons.

I noticed much more today! I told you Ether 2 was very convincing. In Ether 2:16-17 they built barges to cross many waters. The barges were like two dishes on the top and bottom and their size too was very much like a UFO.

If we could show that Ether was a description of a possible space exodus, Mormonism would take huge strides.

Ether 2:16-17

Also, Jerusalem could be considered the capital of earth. It would have been under the Aliens. The departure from Jerusalem can be seen like a trip to Mars. They went in the borders of the Red Sea, just like if we want to colonize Mars we will want to be near its water and it is a red planet.

3 Nephi 2:1

3 Nephi 2

1 And it came to pass that thus passed away the ninety and fifth year also, and the people began to forget those asigns and wonders which they had heard, and began to be less and less astonished at a sign or a wonder from heaven, insomuch that they began to be hard in their hearts, and blind in their minds, and began to disbelieve all which they had heard and seen

Helaman 10:16 - 17

Helaman 10

16 But behold, the power of God was with him, and they could not take him to cast him into prison, for he was taken by the Spirit and aconveyed away out of the midst of them.

17 And it came to pass that thus he did go forth in the Spirit, from multitude to multitude, declaring the word of God, even until he had declared it unto them all, or sent it forth among all the people.

This could be one:

Alma 14:26-29

26 And Alma cried, saying: How long shall we suffer these great aafflictions, O Lord? O Lord, bgive us strength according to our faith which is in Christ, even unto cdeliverance. And they broke the cords with which they were bound; and when the people saw this, they began to flee, for the fear of destruction had come upon them.

27 And it came to pass that so great was their fear that they fell to the earth, and did not obtain the outer door of the aprison; and the earth shook mightily, and the walls of the prison were rent in twain, so that they fell to the earth; and the chief judge, and the lawyers, and priests, and teachers, who smote upon Alma and Amulek, were slain by the fall thereof.

28 And Alma and Amulek came forth out of the prison, and they were not hurt; for the Lord had granted unto them apower, according to their faith which was in Christ. And they straightway came forth out of the prison; and they were bloosed from their cbands; and the prison had fallen to the earth, and every soul within the walls thereof, save it were Alma and Amulek, was slain; and they straightway came forth into the city.

29 Now the people having heard a great noise came running together by multitudes to know the cause of it; and when they saw Alma and Amulek coming forth out of the prison, and the walls thereof had fallen to the earth, they were struck with great fear, and fled from the presence of Alma and Amulek even as a goat fleeth with her young from two lions; and thus they did flee from the presence of Alma and Amulek.

Interesting, I think there is much more in the Bible than the BOM concerning possible UFO/aliens,.....as the BOM is mostly just an extension of biblical literature, added fiction and plagarism from the KJV bible. The Bible draws from traditions more eclectic in its cultural context/influx and the deeper hidden esoteric truths in the text.

As far as mormonism goes, not sure there is much UFO/Alien emphasis as Joseph Smith himself never claimed to have a UFO type experience and his visions were mostly with human messenger (angels/gods)....all angels or even gods in mormonism are just men! however highly evolved and glorified as 'gods' :) - in any case, interesting to see the thread correlation,.....in summary it appears mormonism is a 'MAN' based religious system from beginning to end. - no 'aliens' or even 'angels' for that matter being a different class of beings unto themselves different than man, even exists in their canonical teachings....so thats open to speculation :)
