Hope you are all well and if not may you get better real soon.

Was not entirely sure where 2 post this - I know I say that a lot!

Here's an article at the very well mind site that may be of some interest to a couple of my readers.

    Be careful!

To quote G.K. Chesterton, "Do not be so open-minded that your brain falls out."

I think that's very useful in clarifying what it means to be open-minded (and what can happen if you aren't). Open-mindedness, rather than being indecisive or flakey or lacking belief in anything in particular, is really about being honest enough to recognize that whatever you do believe could very well be incorrect. It's humility.

Truth and Love should be our highest ideals, in my opinion, and if you follow truth wherever it leads you, you can't go wrong - so long as you are also doing so with love.

a kind of campy song, but i like it [hope it adds to the ambience].... and it is relevant in that one has to have their own balance so to speak...and work from there.....have fun kids
