Anyone else tired of all the threads and arguments here about COVID?

I know I am.

So this thread is dedicated to discussing anything but COVID, vaccinations, hospitalizations, etc. Please discuss all that elsewhere.

Last night I had an awful tension headache that kept me up most of the night. One of the worst I've ever had. So thankful for my friend who answered the phone at 3:30AM and brought me some pain relievers (non prescription, don't worry haha).

How is everyone? What are you up to this weekend? What's the word? :)

A headache is one of the symptoms of COVID, but pretend I didn't say that, since it's a non-COVID thread.

I won't say anything more about COVID in this thread. Not a peep about COVID. No COVID at all.

I also won't say anything about cling peaches in heavy syrup.

No, it's a reference to an old episode of All in the Family, when Edith is at the supermarket and accidentally damages someone's car with these large cans of cling peaches in heavy syrup.

So I was browsing through the CostCO VIDeo section, and I came across a movie about a medeVAC unit (not sure if it's still at the CINEma).In the opening scene the team members were sitting around drinking CORONAs and just being SOCIAL, when off in the DISTANCE, some bad guys wearing MASKS . . .

. . . showed up and started arguing about inoculation versus natural immunity.

That last line is a phrase from my childhood - and not in a good way. Awful stuff in tins.

Tinned apricots, on the other hand, were rather good, I seem to remember.

This weekend I have been helping my Ex-Girlfriend with some house cleaning and some shopping. What tomorrow brings i will see tomorrow :) might be others who need my help

Naughty. Naughty. Violating the request in the OP? Of course I'm not suggesting this is a quis custodiet ipsos custodes situation. That would be wrong of me and perhaps in a grey zone as well.
