    I'm not naive enough to think that individual human beings are going to care about what is "right" or "wrong" when it comes to this technology.


    But ... as a Citizen - should this be legal?


    Are this guns traceable in the event that they are used to hurt other humans?


    Where is our responsibility as Citizens and as a culture?
