Takoyaki

Ashoka

श्री कृष्णा शरणं मम
From my meat eating days, if I could pick one thing I miss, it would be this.

Takoyaki is basically a fried ball with an octopus tentacle inside. It's topped with bonito flakes, sriracha and kewpie mayo. So good.

Now, you can make it vegan. But I don't really think calling it takoyaki would be correct, because tako means octopus, and if it's vegan, there's no octopus.

Some days I miss it. Has anyone ever tried it?

Twilight Hue

Twilight, not bright nor dark, good nor bad.
I could never bring myself to eat octopus. My favorite Chinese/American restaurant has octopus, but I never was in the mood to explore and expand my pallette.
