Spiritual identity

I believe that all people are born good, as they have not committed any wrongs, and are born with a clean slate. I believe that all the inhabitants of Earth share a common bond, the atom, and should always live hand in hand with each other, with man never damaging nature, or any life. I believe that God is not someONE, but a term related to something we can all be, an all loving, kind, wise person whose only purpose is to help others. Sex is something to be enjoyed, but in moderation, as everything in large quantities is harmful to you. I believe that your soul is what makes you, you. Your essence if you may. All humans are brothers and sisters (not in the genetic type) in the sense that we are all one. We can change the world for better, or worse. We should never fight, but only love and help one another. The afterlife, to me, is more a prequel to your living life. It is when your actions, memories, and thoughts carry on and affect others. Whether its heaven or hell depends on the kind of thoughts that you spread. That, to me, is an after life. Now when it comes to our creation, I believe that the main driving force to our presence was nature itself, and that it could be considered a God. Look at nature, it is all one with each other, basically forming a single organism, which would be the "God" that drives life. When I look out the window, I wish that humanity were brought back into that cycle. I believe to never throw the first punch, until it is necessary to prevent serious damage to you, or others. I believe that humans could be called ''lost sheep'', waiting for a leader to bring them back to be one with the world around them.

What you sounds somewhat like what I used to believe. Though as time goes on, life goes on and ideals become more defined.

Though, I am Pantheistic. Very New Age-y in some aspects. Very eclectic. My beliefs are generally what you would expect from that kind of mindset.

Though I don't really believe in having a spirit or in an afterlife or anything of that sort. That or it just doesn't have any real importance in my opinion. Besides providing comfort and some stronger sense of identity for those that need it. I'm not superstitious, I don't follow retrogrades and horoscopes anymore. I only follow the season and the moon cycles anymore. I try to remain in sync spiritually with nature and I believe in striving to do the highest good whenever possible. I don't believe in karma or any of that stuff either.

Though what you described sort of sounds Pantheistic. Though I only wish for people to find happiness. They don't have to believe what I believe as long as they go on living their lives without harming others or trying to persuade them into emotional bondage.

I don't know about lost sheep, but people should be able to do and believe what they please. If their "Zen" is in nature, great. If it's in bondage, sure (but keep it to yourself). Or perhaps if its in wandering and drifting in and out of life or being "lost" I suppose, then sure enough.
