something on my mind about out of body experiences

I have read about out of body like stuff happening in the christian bible.Like in 2 Corinthians 12:1-4.But do any other religious texts besides the bible mention out of body stuff?I am asking because I am curious.

The body is just an illusion being formed in the MIND that is connected to the INVISIBLE IMAGE of our CREATOR. Once you understand this, then any vision, dream or thoughts that enter your MIND is just as convincing as the world you believe is real.
