why would Krishna care?

Because I was his devotee.

But the ghost of an alien? No.

Why not? How you do interpret the "nine worlds"?

Anyway I see where you're getting to and I realize I could never be a part of an Ásatrú group. I'll better put in my description that I'm just following my own path.

Your notions of the "physical self" and our "true spirit selves" is also not a notion found in a Heathen sense-of-mind, and is more in place with Eastern religions.

You seem to care more about conserving the purity of religion and I understand. But I care more for the truths I discover on my path than about religions themselves.

Are you asking how I interpret it, or what Ásatrú teaches? Neither mention extra-terrestrials in an "E.T." sense.

You're assuming here. But a question for you; why claim to be lead to Ásatrú, if you're only going to dismantle it's held truths in place of your own?

Ancient cultures didn't see their gods as aliens, of course.

Maybe I misunderstood, maybe I was just lead to the Norse gods, not to Ásatrú. There's a variation among the beliefs of current heathens anyway. Some even believe gods are just archetypes.
