Greetings fellow earthlings!

I hope your day is an enjoyable one so far.

I have always had an inclination to "alternative" things - books - thoughts - and healing as you may have guessed.

Here's a few I have found that may be of some benefit to anyone requiring healing. I wish you the best whatever you decide to make of these sites -

I had several more but that should be enough for now ...

{Zukav} healing an addiction soul

One site -

When you realize that an addiction is actually a coping mechanism gone awry, it opens up a whole new perspective on our own coping mechanisms, which are also habitual behavioral patterns that we’ve created to manage uncomfortable emotions. Most of those coping mechanisms served us during our childhood because they helped us survive, but as we’ve grown into our adult lives, they become self-destructive, just like any other addiction.

Tracing a coping mechanism back to its root cause is not easy. You often have to dig through many layers of emotions, false personas, and behaviors that have accrued over the years in order to get back to the source, but the first step–and often one of the most difficult–is obviously to recognize the coping mechanism itself.

Try - tiny buddha healing - several - for example -

One of the symptoms of living in today’s fast-paced world is the underlying feeling of loneliness, overwhelm, and disconnection. Chronically stressed and under financial and familial pressures, we often feel alone in the world, out of touch with others, overwhelmed by our emotions, and disconnected from our own bodies and ourselves.

Our world is ego-driven. We constantly compare ourselves to others, judge our performance (usually harshly), define our worth by our financial and career achievements, and criticize ourselves for failure.

This ego-based drive for success and happiness is of course ineffective. We keep wanting more, never feeling quite satisfied. And that’s because our definition of happiness as something that can be obtained externally is fundamentally misguided.

Soul retrieval healing - esp lonerwolf site!

Soul Retrieval is a shamanic term that refers to reintegrating lost Soul parts back into a person to create healing. These days, however, Soul Retrieval can be understood as the practice of reintegrating dissociated and repressed parts of the psyche (a Greek word that also means Soul) back into everyday consciousness for greater Wholeness. This practice of reintegration I like to call Ensoulment.

Ensoulment, in the spiritual sense of the word, is what happens when we develop an intimate relationship with the Soul within us. We become initiated into the mysteries of our innermost being, learning to listen to and trust our Core Nature rather than numb or deny it.

There are numerous perceptions of Soul Retrieval, but the one I subscribe to is that of making the unconscious conscious.

Inner work - and why people are afraid of it -

There can be no purging, healing, transformation, and awakening without inner work.

You want a meaningful path to follow? You want to leave a legacy of light and love? The most worthy path (in my opinion) is inner work. It complements, empowers, and enriches everything you do in life.

When you commit to inner work, you’re turning your pain into power like a true spiritual alchemist. Naturally, this inner work leads to creating authentic, bone-deep change in the world, little by little.

What could be better than healing, evolving, finding true joy and freedom, stepping into your power, living in harmony with others, and sending beautiful ripples of change out into existence?

But here’s the thing. Although inner work is such a worthy path, it is also a path we are secretly horrified by.

Heal your relationship with your ego!

When we think of healing, we typically imagine directing loving attention to a relationship. Maybe an old relationship that lost its way. Maybe our relationship to our bodies. Maybe a family member who hurt us. We can be quite generous when it comes to our healing efforts. And yet, there’s one relationship that we typically avoid healing with fervor like no other—our relationship to our egos.

We’ve long considered the ego to be the enemy within. In many religious and spiritual traditions, the ego is considered to be the part of us that is false, small, and separate from others. It is seen as something to be wary of and transcended. The expression “ego death” roughly refers to the idea that the ego needs to be surrendered so that a true self can emerge. For some spiritual seekers, “ego death” is seen as necessary for “awakening” to a true self and is a goal unto itself. While being more identified with a true self—what I’ll call Higher Self or just Self—is healthy and possible along any personal growth path, the ever-increasing desire to eradicate the ego in modern spirituality presents some challenges for emotional health.

Healing self love help - several - for example -

When you’re steeped in a judgmental, strict religion, it’s hard to grow up with self-respect. You believe you were born in sin, and that you are this weak being who is bound by it. You are hard on yourself because of the rules imposed on you.

As the scales fell away from my eyes, I began to see that I’m a beautiful being. I’m worthy of respect. I am good to the core. We all are, but sometimes the mirror is cracked.

It’s hard to always respect yourself, but once I made that decision, I grew by leaps and bounds. I also realized how my ex’s words and actions had broken me down at times—or more so, I’d allowed his perception of me to affect the way I saw myself.

Now I could accept myself no matter whether I was having a good hair day or not, and even though I wasn’t this skinny youngster anymore. I could accept myself even when I didn’t act like a saint or I didn’t feel great! Non-judgment—I’m a work in progress.

Mindfulness healing suffering?

In each of us, there is a young, suffering child. We have all had times of difficulty as children and many of us have experienced trauma. To protect and defend ourselves against future suffering, we often try to forget those painful times. Every time we’re in touch with the experience of suffering, we believe we can’t bear it, and we stuff our feelings and memories deep down in our unconscious mind. It may be that we haven’t dared to face this child for many decades.

But just because we may have ignored the child doesn’t mean she or he isn’t there. The wounded child is always there, trying to get our attention. The child says, “I’m here. I’m here. You can’t avoid me. You can’t run away from me.” We want to end our suffering by sending the child to a deep place inside, and staying as far away as possible. But running away doesn’t end our suffering; it only prolongs it.

You could also try this - mindful.org healing - looks to be several on the subject!

One example -

When we think of mindfulness or meditation, the words conjure images of a quiet, private time of tranquility and peace. When we think of hospitals and doctors’ offices, we think of the anxiety, pain, and chaos we might experience there, and presume that mindfulness doesn’t have a place in health care. Some leading health care professionals want to change that.

Because they’ve seen the evidence that mindfulness is profoundly healing, they’re taking it right into the middle of the American health care system, from prevention, diagnosis, and treatment, through cure, palliative care, and even health administration and medical training. With the help of Susan G. Komen for the Cure, the world’s largest grassroots network of breast cancer survivors and activists and sponsor of the Lynn Lectures on integrative medicine, we brought together three of the world’s leading specialists on the healing power of mindfulness and the benefits of integrative medicine for a discussion of the present and future of mind–body medicine.

This may be splitting hairs or it may not be, but I think I'll spend a little more time defining things. It may help to give you an overall sense on what is really moving for you because there's so much confusion and misinformation around spiritual awakening. People really don't know what it is. They don't know what religion is supposed to do, what the spiritual path is about, or why they think they want enlightenment/spiritual awakening. So I'll start with that one and work backwards into this topic.

Ask angels healing -

Ultimately, your body and spirit does have everything it needs to heal itself. When you are in a state of allowing Divine love to flow through you, you are also in alignment with healing. In other words, when you are connected with Divine love, healing, and restoration on a physical level will naturally occur for you.

You may have a more long lasting, powerful and impactful experience when you act on the guidance to make changes to your life which will promote healing. There are many reasons why the angels help in specific ways and times and how to choose to help you may be different from the experiences of others.

My dear friends, we love you so very much,

If you could love yourselves, your real selves, then most of you would find yourself living a vastly different and more beautiful life. Self-Love, as we speak of it, is not simply "feeling good" about yourself. It is not feeling as if you are better than anyone else. It is not simply doing nice things for yourself. It is, instead, being willing to acknowledge the light of Divinity within you... no matter what.

Self love allows you to receive our help. Self love places you in an energy field of truth, in which the Creator and your angels have the ability to assist you. Self love makes you desire to be kind to others and compassionate even to those who hurt you.

As I described in my personal health journey, I was once a doctor suffering from a wide array of health conditions before I finally woke up to the fact that the root causes of my illnesses were more emotional than biochemical, and that the only way I was going to get well was to treat the emotional, psychological, and spiritual sickness that was manifesting as physical symptoms in my body.
