I don't know how nutritious they are but it's on my to do list is eat healthy, continue having good hygiene, not lust, not abuse chemicals, and not be lazy.

I figure green olives fits somewhere in that, because it's what I'm craving. Store is closing soon though , and I think I'm not going to wait for a response.

    I'll wait ten minutes.

But good nutrition can really help with sobriety. I'm assuming olives are really good for you, but hell if I know.

custody of the eyes and not covet anything is important, as well as never have ill will or cast judgements or condemnation.

    Also fear not.

    Regret not.

But I can start with green olives.

I can't believe I'm doing this, as I'm paying in cash, and green olives are super expensive no doubt. I could wine and dine a girl for the same price no doubt. :p

Olives 101: Nutrition Facts and Health Benefits

    "Olives
are very high in vitamin E and other powerful antioxidants. Studies show that they are good for the heart and may protect against osteoporosis and cancer. The healthy fats in olives are extracted to produce olive oil, one of the key components of the incredibly healthy Mediterranean diet."

I like olives a lot. Always get black olives on my pizza.

Green or black are good. I always have a jar in the fridge. I find black ones have a slightly better taste for my palate.

You are getting into healthily food so they are lovely in salads. I like them with fish baked for 10 minutes with almonds wrapped in aluminium foil. I make olive bread at least once a week and of course great as a quick snack on their own or stuffed with garlic.

Green olives stuffed with anchovies are my current fave. You can buy them in tins in the U.K.

My French friend is adamant you can’t get decent olives in England, but then she doesn’t like Colman’s mustard or Marmite either, so we’re never going to agree on some things.

I also like the salty black Greek olives, that look like tiny prunes.

That’s quite a selection. The French do know how to eat, I have to give them that.

Wouldn't I need a stove that works or figure out how to turn the gas on in my apartment in order to have pizza?

    Just saying.

    I use this bad boy:

    IMG_20210504_112703.jpg

That lining of brown stuff underneath is to poison the cockroaches.

I used to feed cockroaches to my spiders but the landlord makes me poison them, which is kind of pointless because they come from the apartment next to mine. I won't feed my spiders roaches anymore because that would be terrible if I fed them a poisoned roach.

This is the ghetto so it's not exactly conducive for a lot of things.

    Here is the cieling:

    IMG_20210504_113214.jpg

Of my kitchen. Literally, when the people above me showers or something, water starts coming through the ceiling. And I let a guy in the security door not long ago who was hopping on one leg with a fresh bullet wound.

So, pizza is the least of my worries at this point. :(

Nah, it's better than most environments I've lived in. I can't complain. :)

Have you let your landlord know about the leaking? Even the laziest of landlords dislike water damage.

We had that happen on the ceiling at our old house, and my husband duct taped cardboard over it and put drywall mud over it. It worked for the years we were there, but it wasn't leaking(it wouldn't have worked if it was).

If you really wanted to make pizza, you could get a toaster oven. There are some fairly cheap ones out there, and you can often find them being sold second hand as well.

My landlord had someone take pics of it very recently with the claim it would be fixed. I guess I'll have to keep calling.
