    I chiefly remember him for causing absolute havoc every time he bowled in that 2005 Ashes series; which must itself rank as one of the greatest test series of all time.

    Best player I've ever seen. Quite ludicrously skilful. Never seen anyone close.

    When I was a kid, he at least he made a decade of one-sided drubbings England got more entertaining to watch.

    And that was long after injuries had started to limit his bowling. 10 years before that he was even better (and England were much, much worse) :grimacing:
