Let us presume we are working with a fundamentalist Christian paradigm and that you are a Christian. Then, no, your oath never 'Took'. As Christians are part of the Church which is the 'Bride of Christ' then oaths taken without the approval of the husband are not valid. Its all a bit wibbly wobbly, but the answer is no. You can't make a valid oath to serve the devil, since it is considered invalid either from the moment that you convert or any moment after that.
