We have Satanists who don't believe Satan exists in any form whatsoever, those who consider him to be simply a myth, and those who believe him to be as real as the god of Abraham. So, just what are these philosophies that bind the three together?

It seems that you are here more to argue than anything else. Basically, what Satanists have in common is that we tend to be rebellious, antinomian types who have a disdain for organized and mainstream religions (which we tend to view as slave religions) and so we tend to have a fondness for the "bad guys" of various mythologies - "demons", "devils", "fallen angels", maligned deities who challenged the oft patriarchal father figure type of the pantheon, etc. It's a sort of personal and spiritual anarchism, is generally individualistic and we tend to be focused on empowering ourselves and pursuing our own goals, rather than submitting ourselves to something perceived as "higher".

Anyway. . . . . . Does Satanism require a belief in the truth of Christianity?

Probably not. Satanism is quite varied. If you mean theistic Satanism then, it will depend on what the person /satanist/, has in their theology, in the first place.
So, no....however for some, it might, or have to.
