Once again it is the act of obedience and not the actual act that is important.

Most of us would think that it's pretty scary that obeying God includes killing other people. If Samson was obedient in killing other people by destroying a public arena, what is so different about God that he would not reward someone for doing the same today - like blowing up a dirty bomb at baseball diamond or a football stadium?

The iniquity of the people of Cannan was full and that God passed judgement on them is clearly evident in scripture. Blowing up dirty bombs in a baseball stadium is not something that can be clearly justified by scripture. You should know that.

Obedience to the commandments of God as a way of gaining His favor is clearly evident from scripture. Finding anything that would be clearly evident in scripture, and construed as a commandment for man in general, for today, that would be viewed as gaining favor with God by killing people is absurd.
