Then again , the Wagner group might possibly consider use sledgehammer executions on Putin. After all they are mercenaries. They clearly don't get scared by threats. They go after threats. It's their job.

Whatever is happening I wouldn't trust any in Russia not to make gains out of this - like blaming appropriate parties when something awful happens.
