Russia floating nuclear power station sets sail

Well, now, this is interesting. What could go wrong?

Maybe a knee-jerk reaction going on?
Floating nuclear reactor....just like our nuclear powered submarines (which often patrol in Arctic waters) that are armed with nuclear missiles and our nuclear powered air craft carriers with planes that carry nuclear bombs?
No that it is a great thing....but at lest once it reached it's destination, it will be anchored in a harbor, and it will probably not contain fissionable material until it is started up a the location. Our nuclear powered vessels roam all over the oceans carrying the stuff.
