    Revelation 3:14-22

    14 And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God;

15 I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot.

16 So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.

17 Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:

18 I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.

19 As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.

20 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.

21 To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.

22 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

There is a concensus among most churches that the "last days" is the Church of Laodecia.

Note: The interesting thing to me is that they saw this, yet do not know the identity of the 7 Angels of the 7 churches.

Here is where Jesus His Pre-Eminence who is the GOD came to see John the beloved who was bannished on the island of Patmos. And from Revelation 1 - 3, Jesus His Pre-Eminence reveals the 7 Angels of the 7 Churches, and things that they did not do so well. There seems to be one thing in each church that they did not do well, and the result of that is that they would not be saved.

What I want to discuss, and not explain from the bank of my knowledge, is what people have looked into regarding this 7th Church Age, and the things that Jesus His Pre-Eminence warned that particular church about.

I will ask you in your responses to explain in details what you think these verses means:

17 Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:

18 I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.

Let us discuss this, as it concerns us. This is a Serious topic.

I understand that means, they rely on wrong riches or wrong teachings.

It was given to her that she would array herself in bright, pure, fine linen: for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints.
    Rev. 19:8

The proper clothe is the righteous acts. Non-proper clothes are for example hypocrite acts. And thinking that you don’t need clothes is thinking that all are saved and it doesn’t matter what you do.

That is the opinion of some people. I have seen no consensus at all.

Since this is a debate thread, Revelation is full of symbolism and metaphors that people try to apply literally. There are some parts that to me are literal but most is not.

Can a Man be righteous 100% of the time though for his whole life?

Rev 3:14 “To the angel of the church in Laodicea write:
These are the words of the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the ruler of God’s creation. 15 I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other! 16 So, because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to spit you out of my mouth. 17 You say, ‘I am rich; I have acquired wealth and do not need a thing.’ But you do not realize that you are wretched, pitiful, poor, blind and naked. 18 I counsel you to buy from me gold refined in the fire, so you can become rich; and white clothes to wear, so you can cover your shameful nakedness; and salve to put on your eyes, so you can see.
19 Those whom I love I rebuke and discipline. So be earnest and repent. 20 Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me.
21 To the one who is victorious, I will give the right to sit with me on my throne, just as I was victorious and sat down with my Father on his throne. 22 Whoever has ears, let them hear what the Spirit says to the churches.”

I think that depends on what is meant with righteous. I have understood it means that person has wisdom of the just, right understanding, which makes him do right actions. And Bible tells, righteous lives, if he is loyal/faithful to God.

But the righteous will live by faith. If he shrinks back, my soul has no pleasure in him.
    Hebrews 10:38

I don’t think righteous means that person is perfect and can’t make mistakes, because:

For a righteous man falls seven times, and rises up again; But the wicked are overthrown by calamity.
    Pro. 24:16

The difference between righteous and wicked person is that when righteous know that he has done wrongly, he is remains loyal to God and is sorry about the wrong acts, like for example in this:

Two men went up into the temple to pray; one was a Pharisee, and the other was a tax collector. The Pharisee stood and prayed to himself like this: 'God, I thank you, that I am not like the rest of men, extortioners, unrighteous, adulterers, or even like this tax collector. I fast twice a week. I give tithes of all that I get.' But the tax collector, standing far away, wouldn't even lift up his eyes to heaven, but beat his breast, saying, 'God, be merciful to me, a sinner!' I tell you, this man went down to his house justified rather than the other; for everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, but he who humbles himself will be exalted."
    Luke 18:10-14

And by these, I think person can be counted righteous all of his life, if he remains loyal to God. I think it is possible.
