I don't believe Jesus literally rose from the dead. Resurrection to me, means the transforming power of the word of God to breathe new life into those that were once spiritually dead. In that way through Christ we can be born again into a new life of the spirit. The same transforming power is present through other Great Educators of humanity such as Muhammad, Krishna, and Buddha.

It seems like only the dead need resurrecting, since they are dead.

And it has nothing to do with bringing people back to life.
It’s the spiritual dead who get new life.
