To me, religion means re-union with from where we all started the journey of life in the beginning. According to this religion we all emerged, and will merge back in God. Our journey began from God and will end back in God. According to this religion rebirth/reborn/migration is involved.

Do you have questions ? I will try to answer and you are welcome to ask.

But, kindly note that following replies will NOT be entertained:

What was the time when the very first clock/watch was made/invented/discovered by someone on this earth ? My question in reply to your question is to make you understand that AT THAT TIME we were busy in apart process before we could note down that time.

I'm pretty sure the journey of all of us started in some woman's uterus.

yes. Can you rephrase this "definition" in such a way that it actually makes sense?

Maya, per Vivekananda, and I agree, is time/space/causation. Therefore, "when" is a relevant question when discussing one's perception in this transactional reality.

So I'll ask again, when did we become apart from God?

And the first timekeeping device was likely the gnomon which dates back to around 3,500 BCE.

When the ocean (representing God) evaporates, and sends water particles (souls, form) into the air. Not distinct in essence, but distinct in space, and time.

Yes, and all are the same water.

Just as a golden necklace, a golden ring, and a golden bangle are are all varying forms, but all are gold. None are separate from gold just because they took form of a necklace, a ring, and a bangle.

Let's not play that silly game where you pretend that you don't understand what I'm saying.

I didn't exist before I was conceived and subsequently born.
So logically that's where "my journey" began: in my mom's uterus.
Unless it wasn't a natural pregnancy. Then it began in test tube.

Sorry! I didn't understand what are you trying to ask, or what are you expecting as an answer. Please rephrase the question with some more details so that I could understand.
Btw, I was asking for time, NOT date. Anyways, leave this if this doesn't worked for understanding.

You're the one playing a silly game posting your atheist rhetoric in a thread that is clearly of other subject matter.

The OP mentions "God" three times. The title of the OP mentions "God." As an atheist, you lack of a belief in God. The OP clearly wants to discuss relationships with God.

So why are you even in this thread?

I don't think it is "atheist" rethoric to point out that a human's journey starts at conception.

The dude posted a definition as a thread topic and I'm pointing out its obvious shortcoming.

Because I can. If the OP didn't want atheists in his thread, there are plenty of sub forums where he could have posted it.

It is when it has nothing to do with the OP. The OP wasn't soliciting opinion about when a human journey begins.

As I see it, you clearly had an agenda to eliminate God from a discussion about relations with God. I see that as intent to derail the thread.

Because you can do something doesn't necessarily mean you should.

Also, no one said about not wanting atheists to post in the thread. I'm questioning your contributions here, not your worldview. Stop making this an atheist vs theist thing.

Religion / re + legion is a process to merge-back in origin which started right after we emerged. You can give it any name you like to.

I'm assuming you are talking with a specific religion in mind. I'm asking what that religion is.
Doesn't your religion have a name?
