Yep. The one that I'm aware of as through human trials (or almost there) is the skin graft spray-on skin device.
Basically, in a burn patient, you harvest stem cells from an unburned portion of skin (pluripotent cells), reproduce them and make them into a thin slurry, then get one of these expensive squirt guns, and spray them over the burned areas.
Much faster, more effective, less likely to develop infections, less damage to harvested sites, less (or no) scarring.
