This is your IQ test, too ...pass or fail...

17:1 {woman} who is sitting upon the many waters,
17:9 seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth.
17:15 The waters ... are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues

Question:
What is the woman sitting on?

You seem a little confused. The "wise and intelligent", such as in respect to your IQ testing, have been kept in the dark (Matthew 11:25). The "great harlot" is sitting on "many waters" (Revelation 17:1), which does not answer the question as to who the heads/kings are, or who the beast with two horns like a lamb, or his predecessor, the "beast".. , " who was and is not" is (Revelation 17:8)? As for who are the two horns like a lamb, there are no nations like a lamb, you only have false prophets dressed as lambs (Matthew 7:15). As the beast of Revelation 17:8, is dead, in that he "was and is not" during the reign of the 6th head, his name should be among the 1st five kings. Care to give a guess which one? As for your question, the "woman" is "sitting on a scarlet beast... with seven heads" (Revelation 17:3).

Question:
What is the woman sitting on?

Answer:
Verse 17:1, many waters.
Verse 17:9, seven mountains.

Question:
Who are the 7 heads?

Answer:
Verse 17:15, 7 nations.

To know which nations are being represented, turn to the Old Testament.

What OT referred nations are you speaking of?

The whole point is, What do those 7 mountains represents ?

And who are those 7 kings that receive power as kings one hour with the beast.

And who is this king and when he comes must continue a short space and goes into perdition, Destruction.
Who is this According to what God has clearly given in the book of Revelation. That gives who this king is and who the beast is, in Revelation.

So what do you think the answers are?

Also note that it is the 10 horns that receive power as kings one hour with the beast.

The question is, it's not what I think,
it's what does Christ Jesus tells you, who those 7 mountains represents in the book of Revelation.
the 10 horns that receive power as kings
(one hour) with the beast. What is that
( Hour) What does Christ Jesus tell you in the book of Revelation, what that ( Hour) is ?

If you had notice, those 10 horns, are 10 Kings, which have receive no kingdom as yet, but receive power as Kings one hour with the beast.

If you had notice those 10 Kings are not Kings of the earth, these are Satan fallen angels that come with Satan after he is cast out of heaven.
Revelation 12:9--"And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him"

Why is it that people will into the book of Revelation, trying to decipher things in Revelation, instead letting Christ Jesus do the explaining of things in Revelation.

If you had notice in Revelation 17:2 "with whom the Kings of the earth"

Notice here Christ Jesus tells ( Kings of the earth)

Unlike those Kings over in verse 12, they are not Kings of the earth, There's nothing there saying they are Kings of the earth.
Just ( Kings) so they are not Kings of the earth, but Satan's fallen angels that come with Satan after he and angels are cast out of heaven in Revelation 12:9.

Of course your not going to believe what Christ Jesus has showed in the book of Revelation, who those 10 Kings are.

Instead of listing to what Christ Jesus has to say in Revelation, You will think that you know more than Christ Jesus does.

That's why people are all over the place when it comes to the book of Revelation.
Thinking they know more than Christ Jesus does.

I understand that you have no idea who the 10 horns of the 8th head of the beast are, but who is the 8th head of the beast "who was and is not" (Revelation 17:8 & 11) during the reign of the 6th head of the beast. As he "was and is not", apparently he died previously to the 6th head of the beast, and you should be able to look in your history book to find out who this king was. The OT describes him, but does not give a name of any of the previous heads/kings but Nebuchadnezzar (Daniel 2:38).

When asked a question why not just give a straight answer? Why just keep asking questions over and over? Tell what you think it means, and why.

Just because it doesn't say kings of the earth, doesn't mean it is fallen angels.

Do you understand simple English, I said Christ Jesus foretold in the book of Revelation, Who those 10 mountains represents and who the beast is. And who those 10 Kings are.
Christ Jesus foretold it all in the book of Revelation.

So by what your saying is, that you and other people knows more than Christ Jesus himself knows. Who the 10 mountains represents and who the 10 Kings are and who the beast is.

Christ Jesus already foretold who they all are in the book of Revelation.

Just because it doesn't say kings of the earth, doesn't mean it is fallen angels.

That's all because you don't have any understanding who the beast is, that those 10 Kings received power with the beast for one hour.
Christ Jesus already foretells who the beast is and who those 10 Kings and what that ( hour) is all in Revelation.

But for some unknown reason you think, You know more than Christ Jesus himself knows.
It's not hard to put things together in Revelation, if you let Christ Jesus do the leading.

Thats all because instead of letting Christ Jesus do the leading to make any sense of Revelation, You go into Revelation trying to put things together. When Christ Jesus already foretold what everything Represents in Revelation.

Exuse me for my typos
It's 7 mountains Revelation 17:9
10 Kings Revelation 12:12

But anyway those 10 Kings are not of the earth. Christ Jesus foretold who they are in Revelation. But seeing you have no idea how to put spiritual things together in Revelation.
1st Corinthians 2:14---"But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned"

So explain it. Tell what you believe he said the different things represent. I agree he told what a lot of things represent, but he still has to give someone understanding.

Look, When Christ Jesus speaks about the Kings of the earth, Christ Jesus simply says
( Kings of the earth)

When Christ Jesus is not referring to the Kings of the earth, Christ Jesus simply says
( kings ) Which is in reference to those Kings that receive power with the beast for one hour. Which those Kings are not earthly kings.

Christ Jesus foretold who that king is in Revelation 17:10, that continue a short space.
Who is it that knows he has but a short
Space ( time)

Let's go back to Revelation 12:12 and find out who this king is, that has a short
Space ( time)
Revelation 12:12--"Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time" <--- The Devil
( Satan) short time. Isn't a amazing that the king having a short space in
Revelation 17:10, is the Devil,Satan.

. There are no 10 mountains, there are 7 mountains (Revelation 17:9). Just please tell us who the beast is who "was and is not". (Revelation 17:8) Now in Revelation 17:11, that 8th head, had 10 horns. I am not asking that you tell anyone who those 10 horns are.

You seem a little confused.
The "wise and intelligent", such as in respect to your IQ testing,
have been kept in the dark (Matthew 11:25).

Wrong.

Matthew 13:16 "But blessed [are] your eyes, for they see: and your ears, for they hear."
Revelation 17:9 And here [is] the mind which hath wisdom...

The "great harlot" is sitting on "many waters" (Revelation 17:1),
which does not answer the question as to who the heads/kings are

17:3 a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.
17:1 {woman} who is sitting upon the many waters,
17:9 seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth.
17:15 The waters ... are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues

Because the waters are nations, the heads and mountains have to be nations, too. It ain't rocket science.

Matthew 10:16 "Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves." {said to the Disciples of Jesus}
Revelation 17:9 And here [is] the mind which hath wisdom...

You seem to overstep in all of your observations. The mountains as nations are also represented by their kings/heads. One is not the other. Apparently, Yeshua also was talking to Judas Iscariot in Matthew 10:16. Was Judas wise, was Peter wise in denying Yeshua 3 times. As for "wisdom" that begins with the fear of God (Proverbs 9:10) Maybe your knowledge of the Holy One is not as it should be? Maybe you can force a camel through the head of a needle, but you will first have to unload the camel. It would be helpful if you put a name on the head of the beast with two horns like a lamb along with the names of the two horns.

New American Standard Bible Proverbs 9:10
The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom, And the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.
