Reality Checks can be Challenging.

There is much in life that is beautiful, and inspiring, and leads us to hope for better days.
Good people, the salt of the earth, or everywhere. This is reality.

There are dangers, people who are actually evil, and our lives can
turn on a dime. Also, life is shorter than we often like to think about. This is also reality.

Our faith, if lived fully leads us into a deeper reality. Yet, it must be experienced,
not something that can be found in a book. Though of course reading and study are important, even necessary.

We often have to walk through a dark valley before we come into the open fields filled with light.-Br.MD
