Question about paul and his healing ability

I think i read somewhere in the bible that paul had a handkerchief that he used to bless people.And to heal them.Is that true?

Acts 19
11 God did extraordinary miracles through Paul, 12 so that even handkerchiefs and aprons that had touched him were taken to the sick, and their illnesses were cured and the evil spirits left them.

Now God could do that with all towels, that would solve a lot of suffering in the world :D
