Watched a great programme on bbc4 last night about hugh everett the father of that bloke in eels about his theory of parallel worlds and how he was derided at the time especially by nils bohrs followers but these days his theory has many adherents.

It was quite decent viewing. I know nothing of the many-worlds stuff, and my instinct is to say it's bonkers like most physics.
