IMHO, Prince Phillips and Charles are short on IQ. But that is not a requirement for a King.

And you know that how? For the record, I knew one of the people who taught Prince Charles at Cambridge, and he said that the prince was a typical undergraduate in terms of ability — and that in Britain's top university and one of the top three in the world.
