Polytheism and Canaanite origins of Hebrew religion.

Deism is dead
I have never doubted that Hebrews were slaves of Egypt, and the references you site. This still does not support the Biblical Exodus as written prior to ~600 BCE. There is absolutely no record of Exodus written prior to this, nor a Hebrew written language other than a few scant references to a primitive Canaanite/Ugarit text.
There does not need to be an archaeological physical record of scripts. Only in the dry climate of Egypt did papyrus or animal skins survive. In the levant, the climate would not have been conducive to the survival of very old papyrus documents. It is clear that the Israelites did not ordinarily write on stone. It is also obvious that Exodus is full of contemporary Egyptian historical information, such as the Egyptian army being devoured, which coincides with the cessation of Egyptian military activities of Tutmose III. Hebrew script is derived from Egyptian script, not that of Ugarit. I just can't see what you are trying to prove, except shut out all the evidence, which is just dishonest. You can't prove that the record of Exodus is not ancient and historical, and that is the fatal flaw in your hypothesis.

The earliest known Hebrew writing is dated to 10th century BC, and there is no reason to suppose it was not in existence long before that.

The 10th century script is primitive transition Hebrew There is no evidence that primitive Hebrew existed before 1050 BCE found in the Khirbet Qeiyafa Inscription. We have no evidence before this.

You can make a million excuses for the lack of evidence, but the fact remains there is not one shred of Pentateuch text even between 1050 and 600 BCE when primitive Canaanite Hebrew existed.
