From where did you acquire your morals? Has it been an ongoing process, or were you born into them (family and community)?

I suppose most of the morals I have now are ones I grew up with and were instilled in me by my church and my family. I'd say the gauge that I use now goes off of my ability to empathize more than anything else, though. Honestly, this shift towards empathy is probably what helped to erode my faith more than anything else, initially.

Born into most, now tweaking them slowly.

It feels like the moral i follow today has been a constant development from childhood until today.

I have largely abandoned what I was born into, replacing it with philosophy, conversation, and evaluating various situations from different angles. What I was born into was static, and proud of the stubbornness. What I found forced me into an ongoing and perpetual process, but it's for the better as it makes it easier to discard older views that are found problematic.

Through life and experience. They have changed, evolved throughout my life.
Faith has nothing (or little) to do with my morals but family, friends have.

All mammals have ethics to some degree, humanity has homed theirs (as have a few other animals) to allow tribalism to flourish. That honing is sometimes innate, perhaps evolutionary, some is taught.

All of the above. Born with evolved instincts like empathy and a sense of fairness, been taught some ethics and thought about morals (and their practicality) (which made me ditch some ethics and rethink others). I like to think that, except from some axioms, my morals are now logically derived.

My morals are a result of experience. They were formed by what I learned over this lifetime and quite possibly others from experiences with family and society.

Mostly from my atheist father, and agnostic mother. That was in the context of a small fairly tight knit rural community where neighbours helped neighbours.
