Pantheism = All is God; the universe and creation and God are tied together.
Panentheism - All is in God. God transcends the universe, and the universe(s) is/are within God.
"I pervade and support the entire universe by a very small fraction of My divine power." Bhagavad Gita 10.42
This is panentheistic because Sri Krishna is greater than the universe or multiverses, yet He is all through it, transcends it, and supports it with only a fraction of His divinity.
