In art history class we finished listening about the Archeic period. We went over the Maceneans and dashed forward (backwarda forward in this post ;/ ) to the Greeks. We already choped pass Cleopatra and going more into the switch of the Early Hellonistic period to the later. Less fancy art more drama in Dhrama.
Very interesting. It got me thinking of what some of you practice in relation to Greek and Roman history. Do you follow the full history as you know and researched it? Are you eclectic along the periods that ran into one another? Do you use their art? Do you worship Ka? Which gods or goddesses (or both) do you worship? Stuff like that.
We are doing more art perspective than detailed history. Also, if I can keep up, this would help with my studies too. Boomerang.
The Greeks are interesting and so are their predecessers.
