You can. None of those industries have ever had a specific law protecting them gun manufacturers did (do?).

It has certainly worked with cigarette marketing practices. Remember the 'Marlboro Man'? which defined manhood, now its specifically the military type guns. In Sandy Hook it took 266 seconds to kill 26 people.

Not quite 5 1/2 years! That’s a lot of kids!

Is this accurate? Is this just in the U.S.? Does it include ‘kids’ up to 17 yrs.old? It must.
