What I don't understand is: we are supposedly more advanced now, with better computers, more powerful machines and better informed. Why is it that it now takes decades what could be finished in months 70 years ago?
A small saw mill in my town still works with the mechanics that was created for a steam engine though they switched out the steam engine for an electric motor.
