How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, who didst rise in the morning? how art thou fallen to the earth, that didst wound the nations? And thou saidst in thy heart: I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God, I will sit in the mountain of the covenant, in the sides of the north. I will ascend above the height of the clouds, I will be like the most High. But yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, into the depth of the pit.

    Jude 1

    Really sick of this mistranslation.

'Lucifer' is nowhere in Hebrew and the Isaiah passage is about a King.

...I really feel like a backstabber, as Satan has been so good to me. Because I know him so well. At least I think I do, because of what he has led me to believe.

But I have to rebuke him publicly for my own dignity.

Add to that Jesus referring to himself as "the bright and shining morning star" in Revelation. Christians are confused.

You are welcome to curse him here. If I could, and if I had the courage, I would pluck his eyes out from his head

Well, we have a lot to thank Satan for actually. For me, he has performed miracles.

But I hate him deep down.

    No. There are two gods.

One God and one god. The second one is a liar.

The idea i learned from attending the sectarian churches was that Lucifer is another name for Satan who rebelled against God and was kicked out from heaven. This rebellion, I was told, happened before man was created. That's why Satan was in the garden. However, reading the above passage, Lucifer, is fallen to the earth because he did "wound the nations".
This is just another reason I stopped following the sectarian churches. They haven't a clue as to what they are talking about.
The above passages is a prophecy of a man to come who will claim to be God and require the nations to worship him and his image. This same man is called by Paul, "the man of sin". and he will first be revealed before Jesus returns.

Yes, he does ask us to worship him. In many ways. Often, he will arrange things for us beforehand in preperation for us to offer him thanks.

And you shall bear this parable against the king of Babylon, and you shall say, "How has the dominator ceased, has ceased the haughty one!
The Lord has broken the staff of the wicked, the rod of the rulers.
Who would smite peoples with wrath, incessant blows, ruling nations with anger, pursued without relenting.
'All the land rested, became tranquil,' they opened [their mouth] in song.
Box trees, too, rejoiced at you, the cedars of the Lebanon; 'Since you were laid low, the cutter will not come upon us.'
Gehinnom from beneath quaked for you, toward your arrival; it aroused for you the giants, all the chiefs of the earth; it caused all the kings of the nations to rise from their thrones.
All of them shall speak up and say to you, 'Have you too become weak like us? Have you become like us?'
Your pride has been lowered into Gehinnom, the stirring of your psalteries. Maggots are spread under you, and worms cover you.
How have you fallen from heaven, the morning star? You have been cut down to earth, You who cast lots on nations.
And you said to yourself, 'To the heavens will I ascend, above God's stars will I raise my throne, and I will sit on the mount of the assembly, in the farthest end of the north.
I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will liken myself to the Most High.'
But into the nether world shall you be brought down, to the bottom of the pit.
Those who see you shall look at you; shall gaze earnestly at you, 'Is this the man who caused the earth to quake, who wrought havoc among the kingdoms?
Who made the land like a desert, and his cities he demolished; for his prisoners he did not open the house.
All kings of nations, all of them, lay in honour, each in his house.

    - Isaiah 14:4-18.

If you worship man, and his ideas, then you worship Satan. And you can also worship Satan by worshiping your own fleshly body and mind. When you savor the things of man and the flesh, you do not savor the things of God.

Right. This man, "king of Babylon" is yet to arise to power. he will expect worship as God. He is the red dragon of revelation. And whom Paul calls "the man of sin". But he is not God, and when he sets up the image that makes desolate, he will be cast down from heaven (his place of authority on earth) and be killed during the time of trouble as never was nor ever will be again.

First, I should not make the mistake of calling myself Catholic, as I have not been in communion with the Church for many years. I am a fallen soul, who worships my own flesh. I am a sinner and I follow Satan, and he has performed many miracles for me. And I hate him.

I think that it is deeper than "king Babylon".
