Really? So the army and armament can't be used to defend the country? If he won't defend the country then he won't stay in power.

It's unsafe to let them have nuclear capabilities and a missile that can travel over the ocean.

That is not what I was implying.
The fact is if a crazy person has their button on the nuclear button, it would seem that it would not be a good idea to give him an excuse to push it.
Basically he comes first and the country second. When someone throws their uncle to wild dogs, sends a hit team out for his half-brother one wonders what he would do next to insure he remains in power.
