They're short range missiles. I think he's saber rattling for attention. After meeting with Trump I would think Kim knows not to press it with America. And certainly Russia would reign him in as well and China. What would NK do without China?
A rotund dictator leading a country where his people are starving to death is a very weak man.
Hell, if they ate him the hunger of one family would be sated for a week.

As long as Kimmy is not flying the missiles over Japan, I figure it's not a huge concern what he does in his own backyard with the exception of course to his nuclear ambitions and true ICBMs.

Trump is President of the United States of America. It is not unusual that a President meet with world leaders. It's a matter of diplomacy.Better to be on speaking terms than on the brink of war.
