How do "spoilers" work?

When you hit reply, there is a [+] in the list of icons above where you type. You will see it there. It will prompt you with a spoiler title when you push it, then after you finish the title you just write what you want hidden by the spoiler button, or you insert a picture there via the picture icon to the left of the [+] icon.
