Oh wow, man, like these military funds are so intense. (Sorry, couldn't resist.)

I think they were also facing some issues with property owners along the border who didn't want a wall on their property. I guess the government could invoke eminent domain, but I haven't heard whether that held up in court or not.

Then I also heard about a private fund soliciting donations to build the wall.
